АНАЛИЗ И ОЦЕНКА РАЗВИТИЯ АГРОПРОМЫШЛЕННОГО КОМПЛЕКСА РОССИИ В УСЛОВИЯХ РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ ПОЛИТИКИ ИМПОРТОЗАМЕЩЕНИЯ

The development of the Russian agro-industrial complex is a priority task from the standpoint of ensuring food and economic security of the country. Traditionally, agricultural production is subsidized, which imposes restrictions on the scale of its development. In this regard, the search for new funding sources for the agricultural sector is very relevant and timely. In such conditions, the issue of assessing the sectoral investment attractiveness, as well as the investment attractiveness of individual agricultural producers, is especially acute. Growing geopolitical tensions have necessitated the rapid development of the Russian agro-industrial complex, which predetermined the development by the state of a number of policy documents on measures to support key sectors of agriculture. One of the most important tasks facing the government is to attract investment resources for the sustainable development of agribusiness. The key source of funding for agroholdings is the issue of securities - shares and corporate bonds, the assessment of the investment attractiveness of which can serve as a starting point for making decisions in favor of capital investments in a promising agricultural producer. Currently, shares of three large agroholdings are traded on Moscow Exchange: PJSC Cherkizovo Group, PJSC Inarktika and PJSC Rusagro Group. Financial and economic analysis in the period under review showed that only the first two agricultural organizations are attractive for capital investment. An assessment of market multipliers and financial stability coefficients of PJSC Cherkizovo Group and PJSC Inarktika demonstrated that their values are higher than the industry average. Investing in shares of PJSC Rusagro Group can be considered risky, which was due to the foreign jurisdiction of the agricultural holding and the need to carry out the redomiciliation procedure.
