Scientific journal "Vestnik of Kazan State Agrarian University" was established in 1925 Kazan Institute of Agriculture and Forestry (now Kazan State Agrarian University). The journal is devoted to current issues in the field of agronomy, animal husbandry, economics and management in agriculture, mechanization of agricultural production, technical services in agriculture, land management, forestry and ecology. Publication in the Journal have both fundamental and applied nature.

Journal "Vestnik of Kazan State Agrarian University" is registered in the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Communications (registration certificate PI number FS77-48189 from 19.01.2012). By decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of Russia journal listed as a leading peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications, which can be published the main results of dissertations for Ph.D. degree and a Ph.D. in directions "Agricultural Science," "Economics", "Engineering ".
