New biological preparations based on endophytic seed bacteria of Bacillus genus (B. amyloliquefaciens KS 25-AU and B. velezensis KS 63-AU) and organic acids (ascorbic and succinic) have been developed. The addition of organic acids did not reduce the antagonistic activity of endophytic bacteria against phytopathogenic fungi Fusarium graminearum and Alternaria alternate. The isolate B. amyloliquefaciens KS 25-AU demonstrated higher antagonistic activity than B. velezensis KS 63-AU. The preparations were used for seed treatment in vegetation experiments and spraying with subsequent artificial infection with pathogens. The preparations significantly reduced plant damage by powdery mildew. For brown rust, a decrease in damage was noted with the use of preparations containing succinic acid. Preparation containing B. amyloliquefaciens KS 25-AU and succinic acid stood out in terms of effectiveness. Field testing of developed preparations effectiveness was conducted under conditions of 2025 growing season, favorable for the development of foliar mycoses, on the following crops: spring wheat (Ekada 214 variety), spring barley (Pamyat Chepeleva variety) and winter wheat (Skipetr variety). Double application of the preparations (during the booting and heading stages) was studied on spring wheat and spring barley, while a single application was performed in the fall on winter wheat. Application of all preparations resulted in a reduction in plant damage by both foliar mycoses and ear diseases on spring wheat. Development of dark brown spot was reduced, but the effect on net blotch was weak on spring barley. Plant treatment reduced the development of powdery mildew and pyrenophorosis, especially when using B. amyloliquefaciens KS 25-AU with succinic acid on winter wheat. The obtained results demonstrated the potential of using combination preparations based on seed endophytic bacteria and organic acids to protect grain crops from foliar mycoses.
